About kopai

kopai

kopai   is a word originated from the Negeri Sembilan dialect, which means bag.  

kopai   boasts on its simple designs and versatile looks that is achieved through deliberate manipulation of fabric pieces.  The leather trimming gives   kopai    another interesting twist while adding functionality and enhancing durability .

The genuine leather trimmings in  kopai   are also made by us from scratch.  We cut the leather parts from skins of leather and then we stitched them individually onto the bag.  This process lends each kopai , its unique charm and character.

kopai   currently has two models namely Petunia and Mushroom.

Petunia

• Is a medium size carry all bag, measuring approximately 15" x 11" x 5" 

Vintage Rustic 2 with unlined leather trimmings.
Comes with detachable long strap.

• The leather base measuring approximately 13" x 5", gives the Petunia a flat and steady bottom which allows you to rummage through the content while it sits there quietly  
• A number of Petunias come with a detachable long leather strap, measuring approximately 35" long  
• The double short leather handles which measure approximately 18" long with 8" drop, are either flat or rolled (depending on the type of leather used)

Mushroom

• Is a smart phone sleeve, measuring approximately 4 1/4" x 7 3/8" 
• The tongue and slot closure is made from genuine leather

kopai  is individually handcrafted.  Therefore, each piece will sometimes carry some irregularities.  That is part of the charm of a handmade piece.

We recommend spot cleaning or dry cleaning.  Do keep your  kopai    in a duster bag to avoid collecting dust.
